A group especially designed to focus navigating Recovery while balancing Personal & Professional responsibilities. It supports solutions to dependency, brings relief & practical application to new found coping skills.

Each session builds on an affirming community support, sharing experiences, connecting with peers, and encouraging a Recovery Journey
Grief & Loss
Tailored to meet the mental health needs of deep grief, sadness, feelings of isolation;
"Alone", which accompanies loss.

A supportive space to laugh and grow together. It is structured to be up-lifting and fun.
Seniors Group
